India's Biggest Film To Date, BAAHUBALI, Launches Its First Trailer

Considering the epic material surrounding director S.S. Rajamouli's newest period flick, Bāhubali, it gave plenty of space for the film to become something quite large for its audience in its production value with several years of production at hand. The film takes its cues from Jainist religious and theological studies with a script and story from Rajamouli and K. V. Vijayendra Prasad, largely focusing on two warring brothers for the fate of a kingdom, while one of the two ultimately becomes a major symbol for strength and inner-peace.

Well, as the latest trailer would have it, peace is yet to come with actor Prahbas in the title role that will surely whet the appetites of fans of similar characters respective to their mythos such as Conan and Hercules. Yes, the buzz is indeed huge here, having shared space in a BBC Documentary centered on Indian cinema, on top of being Rajamouli's debut into digital film territory, clocked in at 290 minutes split in two-parts for the first to release on July 10.

Very big deal indeed. Peep the trailer below!
