Prior to its April 18 theatrical release in Japan, director Yamamuro Tadayoshi's Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F is getting an exclusive warm welcome at the Egyptian Theatere in Los Angeles on April 11 courtesy of FUNimation in association with 20th Century Fox and Toei. In the meantime, FUNimation is now gearing up for its limited theatrical and digital release of the film for a date to be announced this summer, as per a new announcement from their official website.
Written by franchise auteur, manga author and creator Toriyama Akira, Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F continues the saga of Goku following his most recent battle with Bils, The God Of Destruction in the 2013 anime epic, Dragon Ball Z: Battle Of The Gods.
SYNOPSIS:
One peaceful day on Earth, two remnants of Frieza's army named Sorbet and Tagoma arrive searching for the Dragon Balls, with the aim of reviving Frieza. They succeed, and Frieza subsequently seeks revenge on the Saiyans.
