I don't blog much about video game trailers - rarely if ever; Hell, I haven't touched a system in well over a decade. However, the latest launch trailer for Mortal Kombat X is out and it's virility has already had an effect with other character trailers released prior to this one.
Almost all of your favorite characters throughout the franchise will be there, including Liu Kang, Kung Lao, longstanding ninja rivals Scorpion and Sub-Zero, and towering four-armed Goro, with new faces also attached like Cassie Cage and Jacqui Briggs - respective daughters of Earthrealm warriors, actor Johnny Cage and special forces major Jax Briggs, and also horror & sci-fi movie icons Predator and Jason Voorhees, and many more.
It's a sick cast of characters, all of whom will be playable when Mortal Kombat X releases for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on April 14, and for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this summer, upon which we will hopefully see, with approval, what comes of the titular MK3 webseries from Blue Ribbon.
