Author Kishimoto Masashi's popular Shueisha manga publication, Naruto, has seen some incredible successes since its release in 1997. Its continued successes on the big and small screen with two animated TV iterations from director Date Hayato, along with nine feature films and Kodada Akiko's forthcoming live-stage Spring musical in Japan certainly serve as good highlights, and as of last month, director Kobayashi Tsuneo has since added to the legacy with the tenth film titled The Last: Naruto The Movie, which will finally open its doors for select U.S. audiences on February 20, 2015., courtesy of Viz Media and Eleven Arts.
SYNOPSIS:
The moon is approaching dangerously close to Earth! Unless something is done, the moon will disintegrate, showering the earth with gigantic meteorites. As the clock ticks towards the end of the world, can Naruto save the Earth from this crisis?
An official theater listing can be found at the Eleven Arts webpage for the film, with other international releases soon to follow. Watch the trailer below and get your tickets!
